What is FUSION?
FUSION is a total body cardio workout that is infused with martial arts movements.

FUSION is inspired from the sport of mixed martial arts (MMA). The difference between FUSION and other workouts is its functionality. FUSION utilizes real MMA striking combinations choreographed to a music soundtrack created specifically for FUSION.
What muscle groups does FUSION target?
The workout targets the core and hips, but also sculpts your upper and lower body too! The calorie-burning workout also enhances your body’s flexibility and mobility as well.
Why the belts?
The belts let you know the level of difficulty in each routine. The belt system is a step-by-step guide to success in FUSION. If you can accomplish the White Belt without any problem, then you are ready to try the Blue Belt, and so on. It is also an amazing sense of accomplishment when you can achieve a higher belt.
Is FUSION good for beginners?
Absolutely! The great thing about FUSION, it is perfect for all fitness levels. Everyone can work at their own pace or performance level. Just get started and do what you can. In time you will be amazed at what you have accomplished.
Entry Level Routine
White Belt gets you familiar with the movements and format of FUSION. It gets your sweat going and heart pumping by combining punch flurries, straight kicks and level changes.

Intermediate Level Routine
Blue Belt is all about the core; it uses a combination of hooks and side roundhouse kicks to target your body’s abs and glutes.

Purple Belt is a step up from Blue Belt. The focus is still on the core using a combination of hooks and side roundhouse kicks, but raises the intensity up a notch by adding level changes.

Brown Belt is a very intense routine. It combines all of the movements found in the White, Blue, and Purple Belts while introducing knee strikes and down punches. Brown Belt is your best bet for an all out total body workout!

Black Belt has it all and more! With Black Belt you get all the punches and kicks, all the core and cardio. Get ready to improve your coordination and balance because Black Belt works both sides of your body within combinations.
